VIAtrans Online Reservations
With the new VIAtrans Online System, you can:

Book Trips
VIAtrans customers can make reservations online during the same hours that reservations can be made by phone.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., daily, to make reservations from one (1) day to four (4) days in advance.
1. Sign in to your account using your VIAtrans Client ID and password. Verify that your profile information is complete and accurate. Contact VIAtrans Administration at (210) 362- 5050 if you experience difficulty signing in to your account or if you need to change your address.
2. Select “Book Trip” from the left side menu. If this is a trip you make often, use the “Book Again” option for easier booking.
3. Enter your trip request details including destination and time, indicate if it is a roundtrip reservation, trip purpose and add any accompanying passengers.
4. Select “Book Trip” once all the required information is entered.
5. A trip confirmation will be displayed with the trip times that closest match your request. Choose the best trip option, or “Leave Earlier,” or “Leave Later” for more trip options. Once you have the desired trip(s), select “Confirm Booking”. You will receive a confirmation once a trip is successfully booked.
Cancel Trips
Riders can view or cancel reservations at anytime.
1. Sign in to your account
2. Select “Trips” to view a monthly calendar with all existing scheduled trips.
3. Select any trip from your calendar to view details. Review your information and verify everything is accurate. To change any of the information, please contact VIAtrans Reservations at (210) 362-5050.
4. To cancel a reservation, click the “Cancel” in the upper right-hand corner for the selected trip. Verify you wish to cancel that reservation. Be aware that cancelled reservation cannot be undone.
“Recurring trips” or subscription trips can be viewed on the website but cannot be modified or cancelled. To change a subscription trip, please call VIAtrans Reservations at (210) 362-5050.
Real-time Tracking
Riders can see where their VIAtrans ride is in real-time within one hour of your reserved pick up time.
1. Sign in to your account
2. Select “Trips” to view a monthly calendar with all existing scheduled trips.
3. Select any “Trip Details” to view the location of your scheduled vehicle in real time. The predicted arrival time for your pick-up location is at the top of the screen.
