VIA, San Antonio’s public transit authority, is connecting fans to NCAA® Men's 2025 Final Four® events, and has you covered with this how-to guide. VIA offers options to get to fan events with Park & Ride Event Service or VIA Link Downtown. With VIA, getting to all the 2025 Men's Final Four® events is So Easy.

Park & Ride

VIA’s Park & Ride Event Service gets you from Crossroads Park & Ride or Blossom Athletic Center to downtown with convenient and affordable service. Skip the lines and pay your fare with the goMobile+ app.

Service Times

  • Friday, April 4, 2025 - 2:30 p.m. to Midnight

  • Saturday, April 5, 2025 - 1 p.m. to Midnight

  • Sunday, April 6, 2025 - 12:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

  • Park & Ride fare is $2.60 roundtrip ($1.30 each way)

  • Discount fares are available for riders ages 5-13 and 62 years and older; Medicare recipients; persons with disabilities; and students with a valid VIA ID.

  • VIAtrans customers and companion ride free.

Purchasing

  • Pay your fare with credit card or mobile wallet when boarding the bus.

  • Park & Ride fare can be purchased with the VIA goMobile+ app available for Apple and Android devices. Riders should select two (2) $1.30 fares for a round trip. Each pass is good for 2.5 hours after activation; do not activate until ready to board.

  • Fare also can be purchased the day of the event at the Park & Ride location kiosk.

  • VIA's Day Pass, 7-Day Pass, 31-Day Pass and U-Pass are valid for Park & Ride Service.

VIA Link

VIA Link is an on-demand ride-sharing service that offers affordable transit options throughout the downtown area at the same price as bus fare. Book trips with the convenient VIA Link app, online, or by phone: (210) 655-Link [5465].

Service Times

  • VIA Link operates from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week.

Locations

  • Main transfer points are at Centro Plaza and Ellis Alley Park & Ride. VIA Link virtual stops are located throughout downtown, marked on the map below.

Fares

  • VIA Link fare is $1.30 per trip.

  • Discount fares are available for riders ages 5-13 and 62 years and older; Medicare recipients; persons with disabilities; and students with a valid VIA ID.

  • VIAtrans customers and companion ride free.

Purchasing

  • Pay directly in the the VIA Link app available for Apple and Android devices, purchase fare with the VIA goMobile+ app available for Apple and Android devices; use cash (exact fare required); or with the Transit App available for Apple and Android devices.

  • VIA's Day Pass, 7-Day Pass, 31-Day Pass and U-Pass are valid for VIA Link service.

Prímo Service

VIA’s Primo Route 100 operates seven days a week with service from Ellis Alley (blocks from the Alamodome) to Centro Plaza and onto the Medical Center Transit Center.

Express Service

VIA’s non-stop service to downtown offers multiple routes from various locations across town, with no parking or traffic hassles. Hours vary by routes; click below for inforamtion. 

Routes

  • 7 Stone Oak - North from Brooks Transit Center to Navarro and La Villita streets and South Stone Oak Park Ride to St. Mary's and Pecan streets.

  • 17 IH-35 Express - From Randolph Transit Center to E. Commerce and Presa streets. Continues as Route 93.

  • 64 US90 Express - From Northwest Vista College to Kel-Lac Transit Center, and onto Dolorosa and Main streets.

  • 93 Crossroads/UTSA Express - From The Rim and UTSA to Centro Plaza. Continues as Route 17.

Other Routes

A majority of VIA routes travel through downtown San Antonio with various stops along the north-south corridors of St. Mary’s and Navarro streets; and east-west corridors of Dolorosa/Market, Pecan, and Martin Streets. Know Before You Go

Avoid downtown traffic congestion by using VIA’s Park & Ride Event Service, Regular Bus Service or plan ahead by booking your VIA Link trip in advance.

VIA’s fleet is updated with new fare boxes that allow you to tap and go when using a Credit Card, Mobile Wallet, goCard or goCard lite.

VIA asks passengers to refrain from eating food or drinking beverages on buses and vans to keep our vehicles cleans.

VIA, providing public transportation for millions of passengers each year, began operations in 1978 and today serves 14 member cities and the unincorporated areas of Bexar County.
