Ridership demand, COVID response are factors in adjustments set for Monday, January 11
VIA Metropolitan Transit will implement the following service adjustments beginning Monday, Jan. 11, 2021 to keep San Antonio moving safely into the new year. As part of ongoing efforts to assess and adapt to changes brought on by COVID-19, VIA is closely monitoring ridership demand and making alterations to maintain safe, reliable service. This includes adding frequency to routes that continue to see high ridership, adjusting routes with low ridership, and modifying others based on changing road conditions.
Route 103 Primo Zarzamora – Frequency will be increased on Saturdays to every 12 minutes, and minor adjustments will be made to the rest of the schedules.
