Park and ride available for King William Fair

For the first time VIA Metropolitan Transit will operate special event park and ride service to and from the King William Fair and Parade in addition to the other Fiesta events VIA serves. The park and ride service will run on the following schedule:
King William Fair and Parade (King William Historic District)
Saturday, April 24 – 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Crossroads Park and Ride
The special event park and ride fare is $2.50 each way (total of $5.00 roundtrip) with a discount fare available to children, seniors, Medicare recipients, and students. VIAtrans customers and children under five years of age ride free. VIA’s passes are not valid for this service.
VIAtrans service will also be available to Fiesta for registered patrons. The usual VIAtrans reservation policies apply. For more information on taking VIA to the King William Fair, call 362-2020 (TTY 362-2019).
