Service Planning

VIA plays an important role in the community. Our responsibility to provide public transportation includes reaching out to the youth, partnering with social service agencies and working with neighborhoods and community leaders to assure those services meet the real needs of our area.

Being involved in the community and keeping those lines of communication open is vital to considering short-term service issues and creating long-term transportation plans for the San Antonio area.
